I was unemployed and paying my rent with a credit card (-hey, I had a credit card) that I couldn't exactly pay off either.  

Mentors (RR and JJ) had used old clothing as material so I used some tattered runners for this work.  Reflecting on how I got around those days and my extreme wealth.

I found this wooden thing in the alley behind my apartment on 83rd Ave.; and made a painting on it.

Probably a bit ‘Group of Seven’ inspired, what Canadian artist hasn’t studied them a bit. And by Group of Seven here I mean that wonderful woman not included in that group, Emily Carr.

So, yeah, I make landscapes once in a while…
